The National Asian Peace Officers’ Association (NAPOA) is the national association that serves as the voice of over 3,000 Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) law enforcement officers and special agents in 23 local chapters across the country.
Mission
The mission of NAPOA is to promote diversity within the law enforcement community and open doors for advancement through leadership training, education and mentorship.
NAPOA President’s Message…
| On behalf of the National Asian Peace Officers’ Association (NAPOA), I would like to thank all of our attendees, VIPS, sponsors, and exhibitors who were able to join us. The collective efforts of NAAALEC, Police Departments, the Management District, Instructors and all the sponsors/vendors resulted in attendees having a great experience. I would like to commend all those involved and behind the scenes for their assistance and commitment to the conference. NAPOA will be holding our next Training Symposium and Exposition in the beautiful city of Nashville, Tennessee. We will be highlighting diversity, unity and the importance of continuous work with the community. We continue to strongly encourage Chapter involvement and member participation for the success of our Association. I encourage all of you to continue to be involved in your local association/organizations to make a positive impact in the communities you serve and the agencies you represent. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us, any member of our Executive board, with any questions you may have. Message from your NAPOA Executive Board: (3/25/2021)
The National Asian Peace Officers’ Association (NAPOA) is aware and concerned about the alarming increase in violence against Asian Americans occurring across the country. The Asian Community, the majority of which have been women and the elderly, is being targeted with violence and hate with a disturbing abandon. NAPOA does not condone violence of any kind against anyone. These hate crimes and incidents MUST stop, and we stand with our Community and those who protect and prevent such violent crime.
