Tracie Lui is currently a Senior Inspector with the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office (Martinez, CA). She previously worked at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office (Oakland, CA) as an Inspector for 7 years and at the City of Berkeley Police Department as an Officer/Detective for 15 years. Over the years, she has served as President, Vice President, and Treasurer for the Northern California Asian Peace Officers’ Association (NCAPOA).  Tracie has also served as Secretary and First Vice President for NAPOA from 2018 to 2021. She is proud to be a second generation NCAPOA President and NAPOA Member, as the daughter of Arnold Lui.
